Literatürde serebellar fonksiyon bozukluğunun şizofrenide ortaya çıkan bilişsel bozukluklar gibi birtakım psikiyatrik ve nörolojik semptomların altında yattığına dair kanıtlar olmakla birlikte obsesif kompulsif bozukluğun patogenezinde de serebellar fonksiyon bozukluğun rolü olabileceğine dair görüşler mevcuttur. Mega sisterna magna “Dandy-Walker kompleksi” nin en hafif formu olarak kabul edilen sisterna magnada genişleme ile tanımlanan, morfolojik olarak sağlam vermis ve serebellar hemisferler ile karakterize gelişimsel bir varyasyondur. Bu yazıdaki amacımız mega sisterna magnaya eşlik eden şizofreni ve obsesif kompulsif bozukluk kliniği ile seyreden, klonazepam ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilmiş bir olguyu paylaşmaktır.
